What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Click on the Log in link in the top right hand corner and select the Forgotten your username or password link. An email will be generated to the email address registered to Risk Online. Select the link in the email and enter a new password.

Do I have to sign in on the Risk Online website in order to make a purchase?
Yes you must log in or register an account to make a purchase in Risk Online. However, you can browse the catalogue without having registered.
What are the payment options?
Payment can be made with valid credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard).
What is my username?
Your username is the email address that you used to register with Risk Online.
Are my credit card details secure?
Risk Online uses Westpac Payway an online solution that enables customers to securely pay by credit and debit cards using a Westpac hosted payment page.
How do I get a refund?
Please refer to the Purchase Terms for information.
Do I get a certificate at the end of the course?
Not all courses have certificates. Please contact the Practice Support Services team at email@example.com if a certificate is required.
How do I launch an online course or view my current activities?
Once you have purchased any courses they will appear under the "My Courses" tab when you are logged in.
Does the course fee include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated.
How long do I have to complete my course?
There is no set timeframe to complete the course, and you will continue to have access to it even after you have completed it by selecting the Record of Learning option in the My Courses menu
